I can't rate Anthony highly enough! He took me from club level swimming to winning National titles, breaking British records and winning gold medals at 2 successful World Masters Championships! Anthony is so passionate and knowledgeable about swimming and getting the best results out of an individual. He always works on strengths as well as weaknesses, and is very quick to identify areas to work on. He is constantly reading up on new training and racing ideas and theories, so is always a step ahead of other coaches. The stroke analysis sessions we did were absolutely invaluable, I have no doubt that they helped make all the difference when competing. Anthony is extremely positive and will make you believe anything is achievable, and he's right! By far the best coach and stroke analysis expert in Ireland!
