What happens in a session?

We film your swimming above and below the water, review the footage together and identify the changes most relevant to your goals. You then practise corrections with your coach, so you can connect what you see with how your stroke feels.

Which analysis should I choose?

For competitive swimming, choose one-, two- or four-stroke analysis according to the strokes you want to improve. Triathletes can choose a triathlon-focused analysis. Premier and Elite options are also listed below: open each package for its inclusions, duration and current price.
