I want to show just how much difference specific, individualised swim training can make.

And this week I’ve had a brilliant example.

I recently started working with a female triathlete.

Her starting times were:

🏊 400m — 5:47

That gave us a Critical Swim Speed of approximately 1:29/100m.

So I wrote her first session around those numbers.
